Places to Visit...

Over the weekend my family head off to Mount Malarayat Golf and Country Club to celebrate Me and My hubbys' 22nd Wedding Anniversary. Whew, can't believe it has been that long hehehe
The place is very convenient to go too as its only about two hours drive from Alabang. We pass through Star Tollway and exited in Lipa. Mount Malarayat is a very Big place it has two 18holes golf course plus a 9hole greens. It has its helipad area, a swimming pool ( with a lap pool ) a basketball court, badminton, tennis and volleyball court. There really is so much activity that can be done in the massive place. There are also a lot of Big houses sprawled in the whole area..I guess this is what subdivision developers referred to as Fairway Lots. Me and my hubby ended up dreaming of owning a House and Lot here for our retirement:) Since its January the weather is very very cold. Its windy unlike the cold weather in Tagaytay where you know its cold, in Malarayat the cold weather is brought by the winds. I end up catching a cold after the trip. The food although they do have a Resto we choose to eat at SM Lipa for variety of food and of course to save on budget as there are six of us on this trip:)
The experience is very good and we are looking forward to going back to the place.

The Budget:
Accomodation - has been given as a gift to us by my sister ( approximately overnight at Malarayat would cost p6,100 )
Food ( Lunch/Dinner/Breakfast/Lunch ) - p5000 ( for 6pax )
Transpo ( gasoline expense )- p700 roundtrip

Note: You can get in unless you or someone you know is A Club Member;)

My Personal Corner

Time really flies 2008 is now over. Together with it i buried the nightmare that 2008 has brought to me. Lessons well learned is what was left of it. I am soo looking forward to what 2009 has to offer. For one there has been a lot of changes to start with. For the 1st time in 22 years that i have been married we celebrated New Year outside of the house. Done with the old tradition of lighting firecrackers at home and eating Media Noche together, for the celebration of coming of 2009 we celebrated in the Cold Tagaytay weather. Change of scenery...possibly change of life?? We had a wonderful time although its drizzling it doesn't dampen the spirit and revelry continues in the midst of rain showers. Blessings for the coming year as old folks would say:)

The holiday also brought me some challenges as my maid had to go on a weeks vacation, i became a full time MOM! Doing laundry, cleaning house and COOKING hehehe luckily i passed it with flying colors. This is something that i haven't actively done on a daily basis for quite some time as i am busy working as well. But it gave me some sense of fulfillment as i have done my mother role for my love ones. And i know my family appreciated the effort that i have done. But Boy it has been a Real challenge :) I am sooo relieved that my Yaya is now back with us...Make one really realize the value of our Househelpers!!

Now i could go back to my normal life of sitting in front of the computer and checking my online businesses, writing for my blog and going out to attend to more business.

Hmmm Funny but as i remember i haven't done a New Years Resolution this year. Maybe being too pre occupied with Mommy work made me forgot hehehe

But i guess i would have to pass on that one as well and instead just write down my LIST of 100 THINGs to DO this 2009!!! But i would start by posting what i want to accomplish this January;) I promise myself to cover the 4 phases of my life ( Physical, Professional, Family, Social )

1. Enroll in Belly Dancing Class ( Physical )

2. Learn how to do Blogging Professionally ( Professional )

3. Get Passport for my two Boys ( Family )

4. Set up registration for Agents for Change Foundation ( Social )

New Beginnings...൨൦൦൯ Year of the OX!!
